Lash Policies
Guarantee: I take great pride in the work I do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let me know within 3 days (Yumi Lash Lifts within 48 hours) and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy I am proud to offer!
Appointment Policy: Abruzzo Beauty Bar requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.
Fills: If you wait more than 4 weeks to get a fill I will need to book you for a full set.
Cancellation Policy: Abruzzo Beauty Bar requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Policies: Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
Refunds: Abruzzo Beauty Bar does not offer refunds on services. I do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above).
Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during the service, please notify me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to the products being used during your service, please let me know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
Children: I cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as I will not be able to provide supervision. Thank you for your consideration.
Microblading Policies
Microblading Deposits: A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your microblading appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session.
Lateness: Guest should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. I have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. I cannot and will not rush perfection! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited.
Cancellations: Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your microblading deposit.
Complimentary Perfecting Session: New clients receive one session with their new client rates. The second session, called the Perfecting Session is complimentary. This must be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session. If your Perfecting Session is scheduled after 8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and will incur an additional charge. Perfecting Sessions are recommended for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.
Future Touch Ups for Return Clients: If you are a return client and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please contact us through email at Samantha@abruzzobeautybar.com.
Existing Brow Tattoos: I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you email me clear photos of your brows for approval (Samantha@abruzzobeautybar.com) BEFORE your appointment booking for a BROW TATTOO CORRECTION. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

GUARANTEE: Sometimes I am not able to remove all the hair due to shaving, uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances, if this has happens, I encourage you come back within 3 days after your service for a touch up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.
